We are happy to say that our documentary has helped
WTVS-PBS in Detroit raise over $300,000 for the station! Help
support this kind of programming by calling your local
PBS station s Director of Programming and tell them
that you hope they will be airing this program offered
by American Public Television (APT is our distributor
to PBS). You may also ask when you can expect it
to air. If you are part of a Qigong association or community,
let them know as well. This sends a positive message
to them that there is viewer interest and will help
them to continue offering this type of educational programming.
It also helps to keep Public Broadcasting the truly
public service it was designed to be. To find the
status and contact name of the PBS affiliate in your
area, click
here for PBS Station Contact Listings.
We are also starting a program where organizations
can work with their local PBS station affiliate to organize
a local showing of a promo for this documentary. As
a community outreach for the station before the program
airs, this will give you a chance to help promote what
you do in the area of Qigong while informing people
of the upcoming show. We wll also give you ideas on
how to assist you local PBS station in their pledge
drive efforts to raise public awareness of Qigong and
assist them in their fundraising events. Click

Wuji Productions, in conjunction with the National
Qigong Association, is working with the World Tai Chi /Qigong Day organization to help get local PBS stations
to air this Qigong documentary on or near the next worldwide
event. Go to the World
Tai Chi /Qigong Day web site for more information
on this exciting global event, where the plan is to
get stations to air the documentary around this date. This
allows the big event to help promote the airing... and
in turn, help get people to watch PBS.
Thank you for your support... and to our Canadian friends
for contacting Vision TV at (416) 368-3194 which has
aired the documentary many times and has been a great
supporter.
